← Grabbr Privacy policy

The short version:
nothing leaves your device.

Last updated: 20 May 2026

Grabbr is an iPhone and iPad app that helps you save videos from public links to a private library on your device. This page explains what data the app touches, what it sends, and what it stores.

What we collect

Nothing. Grabbr has no servers, no accounts and no analytics. There is no telemetry build, no crash-reporting SDK, and no third-party tracking framework embedded in the app.

What stays on your device

All of this lives in Grabbr's sandbox on your device. You can delete any item from the Library tab, and you can forget a stored session from Settings → Logged-in sites.

Network requests Grabbr makes

These requests come from your device, not from a Grabbr server. The site sees your IP address the same way it would if you opened the page in Safari.

In-app purchases

Grabbr offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited downloads. Purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit. We don't see your payment details. Apple gives the app a receipt confirming the purchase, and that receipt is checked locally on your device.

Children

Grabbr is rated for users 17 and older because the public sites it can fetch from include some that host adult content. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change the privacy model, for example by adding any kind of cloud sync or analytics, we will update this page and the in-app About section. Old versions of the app remain governed by the policy in effect when they were released.
